I absolutely love my appointments at YOU @no32. It’s such a relaxing and peaceful environment. Caroline is incredibly professional and passionate about her therapies, and has offered me the opportunity to try reflexology which I had previously ruled out, in fact now it’s my absolute favourite. I love a full body massage or head, neck and back massage, but reflexology is my favourite despite hating feet!!!! It is very affordable and worth every penny, it’s hard to describe how relaxed I feel after the reflexology but as a hard working mum it is a truly incredible and relaxing experience which I reckon I deserve, thank you so much Caroline

I first contacted Caroline after somebody recommended reflexology to help with infertility. I felt completely at ease with Caroline the first time I met her and felt totally comfortable sharing my history with her. I can honestly say I have never had a treatment like reflexology before. It was the most relaxing experience and Tuesday evenings soon became my favourite evening! The room always had the most calming atmosphere with the dimmed lights, soft music and the heated blanket was a personal favourite! After 3 1/2 months of regular sessions I was completely shocked to discover I was pregnant... with twins!! I truly believe having the treatments contributed to me being in a happier and calmer place and helped me fall pregnant. I cannot recommend reflexology enough and will always be grateful to Caroline.

I had never had a massage and honestly I couldn’t think of a better way to start it than with Caroline. She explains everything in depth so you feel comfortable and if you do feel unsure about a certain thing she’s quick to reassure you that she doesn’t have to include that step. Her room is so beautifully set up yet can be changed to the taste of each customer. A combination of incredible smells, a gorgeous setting and a wonderfully talented massager makes this is an 100% recommendation for everyone
